Confidentiality

All clients of Facial Aesthetics Center may be assured of complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of their treatments and services.

Scheduling an Appointment

Please contact our office at 401-649-0320 Monday-Friday to schedule an appointment.  

Consultations for Cosmetic Injectable treatments are required for all new patient appointments with Dr. Sarah LevyDr. Helen Livson, and Dr. Alexis Mancini.  A $250 Consultation fee is secured at the time of booking and applied to the cost of any treatment received within 3 months of your consultation.

Consultations for Aesthetic Spa treatments are available with our Medical Aestheticians who can offer individualized guidance towards Laser treatments, Microneedling, Medical Grade Skin Care, etc.  A $75 Consultation fee is secured at the time of booking and applied to the cost of any treatment received within 3 months of your consultation.

Our office reserves the right to require a deposit for any scheduled procedure. 

Appointments

We ask that new clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time to complete necessary paperwork. 

We ask that you please arrive at the Spa unaccompanied.  Until further notice, we are temporarily unable to accommodate waiting friends or family. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

At the Facial Aesthetics Center, we are committed to providing exceptional and individualized treatments to our patients, in a timely manner. We never over book, and we make every attempt to create a schedule which will remain, in most instances, on time. As you are aware, appointments at our practice are in high demand, with a long wait list. No shows, late shows and last-minute cancellations inconvenience our other patients and prevent patients on the waiting list from being seen. 

To provide the best experience for all guests, we adhere firmly to the missed appointment protocols below:

Cancellation of an Appointment

For non-emergent circumstances, we expect that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.  

For example, if your appointment is on a Monday, we expect that you notify us by 12pm on the previous Thursday. 

This gives our team enough time to offer the appointment to a patient on the waiting list. If compelling issues are present, please let our team know.  Failure to cancel your appointment in a timely manner will result in the following payment prior to rescheduling:

No Shows

We consider an appointment to be a “No-Show” if the booked guest is not present in the Spa at the specified appointment time - this includes arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time - and / or canceling the appointment with less than 24 hours notice. 

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel/reschedule your appointment, please call us at: 401-649-0320. If you do not reach a Guest Relations team member, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail with your name and phone number. We will return your call promptly to help you reschedule your appointment.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, cash and Care Credit (www.carecredit.com). We apologize, but we cannot add a gratuity to your credit card. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds

We consider skin care products, treatments, package series, and gift certificates to be non-refundable sales items. We are not responsible for lost gift certificates.
